Barbecue Wings – Air Fryer Method

  1. Bake again at 180°C for another 8–10 minutes. During this stage the sauce thickens, darkens in spots, and forms a glossy layer. The edges of the wings may become slightly charred — a good sign of caramelization. The meat should remain juicy, and the skin should feel tacky and crisp when pressed lightly with tongs.

Serving

Serve the wings immediately while they are hot, sticky, and fragrant. They are perfect on their own, with extra barbecue sauce on the side, or paired with fresh vegetables and dips. These wings also make a fantastic party snack or movie-night treat.
